Holly Piccoli has established herself as an international violinist on both the modern and baroque violin, has performed as a soloist in Australia, the USA, the UK, Asia, and Europe, and is concurrently based in Australia and the USA. This world-wise touring violinist performs everything from Bach and Bolivian Baroque on Wall Street, to piano trio concerts for the children of China and Inner Mongolia, from Mozart to Les Miserable, a mammoth modern-day Passion by Ginastera at Carnegie Hall, all the way to pop on the dance floor of Channel 7 Studios in Melbourne, Australia. A passionate performer and international freelancer, Holly strives to see all corners of the world and experience the music within it.
Holly will collaborate with Micah Fusselman, viola da gamba; Christi Zuniga, piano; and Dana Sloan, harpsichord and organ for a varied program that includes Rosary Sonata No. 1 by Franz Biber; Fantasie No. 3 for solo violin by Telemann, Violin Sonatas by Jean-Marie Leclair, Claude Debussy; and Johannes Brahms; and Mazurka No. 2 Op. 10 by Eugene Ysaÿe.
